This assignment had multiple parts: site analysis of Wreck Beach, concept sketches and models.
Unlike actually trying to improve the space for the users, I tried to do the opposite and emphasise the "optional clothing" aspect of the site - I referred to this as a "false sense of privacy/security".
This was a very challenging assignment for me. I was never really satisfied with where it was going but I learned that understanding the features of the space can yield interesting interpretations. Some parts of my sketches were also too specific for a concept.
